No returns on customized items.
It's buyer's responsibility to use proper laundering and washing of items as provided in instructions. We are not responsible for items that are improperly laundered or cleaned. Instructions are included.
If we make an error in production we will replace the item with the correct item at no charge to you.

Please be sure your full address is on your order. We cannot change this after order is processed. If you live locally in our city, you may select LOCAL PICK UP in Newton, if you are not in Newton area please select "shipped" option.

RETURN POLICY
No returns are accepted unless damage has occurred in shipping. Once items are made and shipped they are not returnable because you have changed your mind or decided on something different. Drinkware is non returnable unless said damage in shipping because it is unlawful to resell items that would be returned and are used in consumption.
ITEMS ARE HANDMADE there can be small imperfections. Epoxy is never 100% smooth. and all brands of epoxy give a different "feel" to items. We strive to provide the best items possible for you that are handmade for you!
If USPS damages items you must send us photos of the box, packaging and item(s) within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim for you.
